Drawing on Water - 100 Posters
Determined to build public awareness about water issues, an Italian professor and architect, Roberto Marcatti, had the idea to set up an exhibition made up of a hundred posters created by Italian designers, architects, graphic designers, but also teachers, journalists and writers.
Humorous and serious, graphical and artistic, light and informative, these images invite us to look at water differently, to reflect on its status as a collective good and on the different ways we can help protect it.
After a series of stops in Europe, the North-American first of "H2O, New Scenarios for Survival " took place in Montreal, at the Université du Québec à Montréal's Design Centre (in French only) in January and February. Next stop: Toronto.
